Todd Hetherington

Todd A. Hetherington is the dynamic Founder, Chief Executive and Co-Owner of NM Management, Inc., a Virginia based real estate organization offering a full range of sales and services support to clients in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. It is the parent company of CENTURY 21® New Millennium, ranked the number one CENTURY 21® firm in the world five of the past seven years, based on sales volume. New Millennium’s production numbers routinely exceed the 6,900 other independently owned and operated CENTURY 21 firms in 78 countries worldwide.
Mr. Hetherington received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University.
Following active military service in 1990, he started an independent residential real estate company focused on providing relocation support to families at the various military installations in the Capitol area. In 1992, he opened a second office, joined the CENTURY 21 franchise, and added additional Virginia offices over the next four years. In 1998, he led a merger with other franchise brokers and became the top CENTURY 21 franchise brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, a position the company holds still today.The company has 20 branch locations and a sales force consisting of over 850 real estate professionals with settled sales volume exceeding $2.5 billion dollars annually. The organization provides on-site mortgage, title, and property management services to clients in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia as well as access to a vast network of relocation and other real estate service providers worldwide.
Mr. Hetherington is ranked among “The Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate” according to the annual Swanepoel Trending Report which lists the real estate industry’s most influential thought leaders and senior executives. He is quick to give praise to the organization’s exceptional leadership cadre and credits the cooperative team culture they have created together.
Todd and Britt Borgen Hetherington have been married 31 years, have three children and live in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Mary Lynn Stone is President and Co-Owner of NM Management, Inc., an Alexandria, Virginia based corporation whose core services organization provides a complete range of real estate sales and service support to clients in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. In addition to general real estate brokerage, services include on-site mortgage, title, property management, and access to a vast network of relocation and other real estate service providers worldwide. NM Management, Inc. is the parent company of CENTURY 21® New Millennium, ranked the number one CENTURY 21 firm in the world since 2012 with production numbers surpassing 6,900 other independently owned and operated CENTURY 21 offices in 78 countries. The real estate company has 20 branch locations and a sales force consisting of approximately 850 real estate professionals generating in excess of $2.5 billion dollars in annual settled sales volume. Under her supervision, the company provides licensing and continuing education classes through its New Millennium Real Estate School in Maryland and New Millennium University in Virginia.
Ms. Stone grew up in a family-owned real estate business and has over thirty years experience in all facets of the real estate industry from residential sales to franchise ownership. During that time she has remained actively engaged in her Southern Maryland community. It was her love of community and obvious leadership skills that resulted in her appointment by former Maryland Governor Parris Glendening to serve on the state’s Economic Planning, Growth Management and Land Protection Committee. Soon thereafter, she was selected by the St. Mary’s County Commissioner to serve as an at-large member of the Tri-County Council of Southern Maryland, a position she still holds. Additionally, she is a director and active supporter of St. Mary’s Ryken College Preparatory High School in Leonardtown, MD.
Mary Lynn has channeled her passion for “giving back” into a strong sense of community pride and support in all of the company’s locations. Under her guidance, Century 21 New Millennium has established successful annual fundraising events for a multitude of worthy organizations in the National Capitol area including Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. for which her company is a corporate sponsor.
Ms. Stone is a past Director and REALTOR® of the Year for the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS®, past President of the CENTURY 21® National Broker’s Communication Council for VA, MD, and D.C., and serves presently as Director, Maryland Association of REALTORS®. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Kevin Walsh

Kevin Walsh, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of NM Management, Inc., and its family of subsidiary companies, specializing in nearly all aspects of the residential real estate industry in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. As CFO, Kevin leads the Company’s financial stewardship and is at the forefront of strategic decisions teaming with the Company’s CEO and President.
Kevin’s professional career is rooted in public accounting and continues to this day as he is the founding member of Atrox Partners, PLLC, an innovative, boutique accounting, tax and consulting firm specializing in advising selected businesses with revenues up to $100M. The firm serves professionals, entrepreneurs and closely-held growth companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, distribution, construction, health care, and professional services. The firm also provides virtual chief financial officer services, onsite accounting services, project advisory services and financial management to clients. Kevin is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Active in the Tampa Bay community, Kevin contributes his time to The Children’s Home by serving as a member of its Board of Directors. The Children’s Home is a $10M non-profit community focused organization that impacts lives of over 15,000 children and adults by strengthening families through prevention and outreach and healing the trauma of abuse and neglect.
Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting. His specialties include financial management, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning for entrepreneurs.
Kevin divides his time between work in the Washington, DC area and his home, business and volunteer work in Tampa, FL.

Jason Carrier

Jason Carrier is Executive Vice President of NM Management, Inc. an Alexandria, Virginia based company whose core services organization provides real estate sales and service support to clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. NM Management, Inc. includes CENTURY 21 New Millennium, First County Mortgage Services, L.L.C., Bay County Settlements, Inc., Bay County Title, L.L.C., NM Commercial Services, NM Relocation, and NM Referrals, Inc. It is the parent company of CENTURY 21 New Millennium, five times since 2010 ranked the number one CENTURY 21® firm in the world with production numbers surpassing more than 6,900 other independently owned and operated CENTURY 21 offices in 78 countries—and one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in 2018, 2019, and 2020. In his role, Carrier focuses on growth through marketing, training, recruiting, and strategic acquisition opportunities.
In addition to serving as the EVP for NM Management, Inc., Jason is the Branch Leader of the company’s McLean, VA branch. With over $250,000,000 in annual sales volume, the McLean branch is consistently among the top 10 producing offices within the CENTURY 21® franchise system worldwide.
Mr. Carrier entered the real estate environment in March 2002 joining Cendant Corporation as its Senior Director of Business Development. During that period, he worked as liaison between PHH Mortgage and ERA Mortgage Development which further developed his strong skills in operational management, mortgage development, systems training and brokerage growth. Prior to joining New Millennium, Carrier directed a consulting team consisting of ERA's Regional Vice Presidents and Business Consultants to deliver an operational review program, complete with instruction manual, which resulted in selected ERA companies seeing significant increase in growth and profit.
Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland where he was a standout lacrosse player prior to playing professionally from 2000-2002. He coaches youth Lacrosse and is an active promoter of community events including those supporting wounded military combat veterans.
Jason and his family live in Reston, Virginia.
